How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Firm

“The mattress is great and delivery went well. The purchase experience was super weird - the price changed while I was processing the purchase, causing the apple pay to “fail” - l when I refreshed the page, the price had gone up by $60. Surge pricing on a mattress seems ridiculous. The price was still reasonable, so I purchased, but it was a very unusual experience.”

“It looks some getting used to and we thought we had made a mistake with this choice. However, two weeks later we are loving the firm support and realized it was just that we were so used to our saggy 20 year old mattress that we had to acclimatize to this level of firmness. No regrets.”
