How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Extra Firm

“The mattress itself is good. The prices at National Mattress are very good. However, the employee that was working Darryl was not. When I asked questions about various mattress' he came across as very irritated in helping, not just me, but towards all the customers in the store. When he called about the mattress being available he seemed more pleasant, but I can't get past someone in customer service not being ok with interacting with customers.”
