How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Medium

“I’ve been suffering from shoulders & back pain. It’s probably due to the old mattress which had been 8 years old and was lacking support. I ordered from National Mattress and the delivery was quick and on time. The new mattress is so comfy, but I guess my body needs time to adapt to it. Now after 2 months, I’d say my back is feeling much more relieved when I woke up. It definitely helped to reduce the back pain.”
