How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Medium

“After buying on line I contacted seller because of odor problem from mattresses. They said this happens once in awhile from factor and the odor should leave after four weeks. It's been four weeks and odor is less but remains. Warranty, there is no warranty, read it you will see. They also said you should have fan in your room and make sure window is open. What material is used that a odor lasts over four weeks? August. 2024”
