The Springwall Chiro Medic 8" firm tight top mattress is a slim build innerspring mattress standing 8 inches tall. It features a real 700-coil steel support system, providing a firm (7/10) feel. The mattress is designed for back and stomach sleepers, and is made with a 13.75-gauge tempered steel coil system. The SpringWALL Edge System reinforces the perimeter, keeping the sides firm and the full surface usable. An inch of bio comfort foam is added on top for a responsive feel. The mattress is made in Canada and is CertiPUR-US certified, fiberglass-free, and eco-friendly. It's available in white and black, and comes in a double/full size. A 365-night sleep trial is included.

How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Firm

“I thought this was going to be the "budget" mattresses you used to buy in like 2008 that were absolute garbage. I was pleasantly surprised by the feel of this mattress, it is 8" but bounces like a 9" and the firmness is perfect. I like a firm mattress because it's better for the musculoskeletal system so I'm super particular. Have been sleeping on this mattress for just under a month and it is fantastic. I can only imagine how much better a 9" would be. Definitely buying from this company again, recommending it to my friends.”
