“Henry in Markham is a rock star! Jevon was also excellent. After having a nighmare of an experience with Sleep Country who delivered the wrong mattress and never did anything about it. I was about to go anywhere else and discovered National Mattress in Markham! I first met Jevon who actually steered me away from what I though I wanted, but was not acutally good for us! When I went back he was busy so Henry immediately jumped in to help. Henry also demostrated a high level of knowledge of the mattresses and was able to guide us without being too pushy. We tried several and he was able to explain clearly the advantages of each brand we tried. My wife was complaining about her back and we definately needed an upgrade. We settled on Springwall H2 Black Chiropractic 15" Luxury Firm Euro Top. He gave us a quote a 2 days later we purchased it. My wife loves it as she has spent a lot of time in bed since we bought it, and it is very cool! Their sales people are non-commission which speaks to their quality! Given our experience with National Mattress compared to the deceptive and absolutely atrocious customer service from Sleep Country the slogan should really be - National Mattress! "Why buy a mattress anywhere else!"”
