The Springwall H2 Black Chiropractic 16" ultra plush hybrid mattress is designed for side and hot sleepers who prefer a soft sleeping surface. It features a 4700 7-zoned pocket coil with micro coils, two independent spring systems under a deep plush top. The mattress is 16 inches tall and made in Canada. It includes a 7-zoned spring core that flexes point by point and firms up under the lower back, a second micro-coil layer for finer response, and graphite ICE cooling foam to draw heat out of the comfort layer. The mattress also features zoned lumbar support and is made with CertiPUR-US certified foams that are fiberglass-free throughout. It's available in a queen size and comes with a 365-night trial.

“Originally went to Markham store. Met Jevon who was exceptional! He actually steered me away from a mattress that would not meet our needs. Went back but met with Henry who was excellent. We nornally buy firm mattresses so we settled on the - SPRINGWALL® H2 Black Chiropractic® 15" Luxury Firm Euro Top Mattress. This unit after 60 days was definately too firm for us! Initated an exchange with Henry. Went to the Markham store to look at options. Met Arnold, as Henry was not there. He unfortunately was totally useless. He stood behind the counter and pointed to the middle of the store and said - the mattresses are over there, you can take a look at them. I had to literally choose the mattress myself!! I did, but Arnold didn't want to offer the discount said he had to call head office. I left called the North York store. To my delight I got Jevon again. He said come on over, I will take care of you. Jevon was again exceptional! Answered all my questions about my choice. Decided to stick with Springwall as it is a Canadian brand. This mattress contours very well and does not sink too deep. At the 7 week mark, I have been sleeping much better. All said, Jevon was exceptional! Henry was excellent. The exchange was seamless and hastle free. Arnold, I cannot reccommend. His customer service standard was definatley not National Mattress level! Perhaps he was having a bad day. Overall a very positive experience buying a mattress from National Mattress.”
