How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Firm

“Shipped very quickly. It's very firm, but as a side-sleeper I found it to be too firm. There's very little give and resulting in spine misalignment and ribcage pain. I'm knocking off a star because the description said it would be appropriate for side sleepers, which I would consider inaccurate. That being said it does work well for side-sleeping with a 4 cm topper. Used it for a few weeks so it's hard to say anything about quality, but it seems decently built.”

“regarding order #000313693.I had placed an order for a queen mattress and the matching boxspring.However, during today’s delivery, only the mattress was delivered and the boxspring was missing. When I contacted Customer Support, I was informed that they could only see the queen mattress on the order, not the matching box spring. I then shared the email confirmation I received from National Mattresses, which clearly includes both the SPRINGWALL-KELLIE-QUEEN mattress and the Matching Boxspring. Despite this, the representative stated he was unsure and did not take responsibility for the issue. One of the reasons I chose to order from National Mattresses was specifically because the mattress comes with a matching box spring. Otherwise, I could have purchased from a competitor such as Leon’s. I kindly request that you look into the call I had with the representative, as his responses were not accurate, and additional training may be needed.”
