How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Medium

“This mattress is definitely an upgrade from my ikea one. After a few weeks though it doesn't seem much softer than it started even though its a plush top and so not yet close to the floor model of this type we tried in store so I can only assume it will get less rigid with time?”

“Great mattress! My husband is having shoulder surgery and we needed a softer mattress. This mattress is super soft and works well for bad shoulders.”
