The Springwall Comfort Pockets 12" medium firm Euro-top mattress is a medium-firm pocket-coil hybrid built on 884 full-perimeter coils, standing 12 inches tall. Its balanced Euro-top feel suits back and side sleepers, and co-sleepers who want cushioning without giving up support, right to the edge. Made in Canada, this mattress features individually pocketed coils that flex one at a time, and a gel-infused Bio Foam comfort layer that cushions pressure points while pulling heat off the surface. The Cushion-top stretch-knit surface provides a soft first touch over a medium-firm base, and the mattress is certified by CertiPUR-US. How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Medium

“I’m extremely disappointed with this RV mattress. I originally purchased a different model, which I exchanged once under the “one-time exchange” policy. Unfortunately, this replacement mattress has turned out to be even worse. Within just a couple of months, it has caused serious back pain, poor sleep, and constant stiffness in the morning. The mattress offers no proper support, sags unevenly, and feels completely different from how it felt in the showroom. For a product at this price point, the quality simply isn’t acceptable — especially for something meant to be slept on daily. What’s most frustrating is that the store claims they won’t exchange it again because I’ve already used my “one exchange.” But when a mattress is this defective and causes actual physical discomfort, the policy shouldn’t shield them from fixing the problem. A retailer should stand behind the performance of their product — especially when it fails this quickly. I strongly recommend staying clear of this mattress. If a product can’t maintain basic support for even a couple of months, it’s not worth the money. I trusted the exchange process to make things right, but now I’m left with a mattress that’s hurting my back and a store refusing to help.”

“The mattress unpacked easily and did not give off any odours. It is not as comfortable as a regular mattress but it is a trailer after all.Medium firm best describes it, you definitely lay on it, it does not absorb you”
