“Great mattress, this is for our daughters first bed and she loves it. Don't know if it's related to the mattress, but since she has switched to the bed from her crib, she is sleeping throughout the night. The one night she didn't sleep, I slept on the bed with her and I found it comfortable and my back didn't hurt.”

“WONDERFUL...The RUDE, INCOMPETANT Deliver Staff; Whom DID NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO DO ANYTHING EXCEPT to call Me upon arrival (I was @ Front Door without My cellphone) look in My general direction and leave; even before I could exit the building and identify Myself!!!; then after calling the Store to find out why My delivery didn't happen; and being assured it would be arriving within minutes. It did. Your TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE, INCOMPETANT Delivery Staff LEFT MY MATTRESS OUTSIDE THE FRONT ENTRANCE OF MY APT BLDG THEN LEFT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE SEVERAL WITNESSES!!! THANX FOR THIS EXPERIENCE!!! As a retired Employee of UPS I can assure You; such behaviour is dealt with by immediate TERMINATION!!! At UPS They had a Motto: One unhappy Customer will relate Their NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE to at least 100 Others. And just like an Old Fisherman's Tale; the size of the Fish GROWS EXPONENTIALLY!!!!! I have endured VERY POOR DELIVERY SERVICE and NO AMOUNT of CORPORATE RHETORIC will appease MY PERSONAL OUTRAGE. Your Store Staff are CONSUMATE PROFESSIONALS: the delivery staff (PASTE PROFANE DERROGATORY EXPLATIVE HERE)”
