How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Medium

“This mattress is the perfect combination of support plus comfort. I bought it as I will be having back surgery and wanted to be sure I’d be comfortable and well supported while recovering. The staff were very knowledgeable and helped me decide on the perfect mattress for my needs.
