How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Firm

“I had to have the mattress immediately replaced twice because the first two deliveries arrived with damaged stitching. I was informed that the damage likely originated from the manufacturer, and was not a result of how the mattress was handled on its way to me. With that being said, the third mattress I received had all the stitching intact, and I love it!”
