“I purchased two pillows from National Mattress, and unfortunately neither of them work for me ergonomically. I can't argue with the good price, but because of National Mattress' return policy (or lack thereof), I can't do anything with these. And nobody wants "used" pillows, even though I've used them less than 1 hour each. I won't be making a similar purchase with National in future, because I need a vendor who has a return policy for such items which you just can't tell when you buy if it'll work...even though that might involve a higher price.”
