“The boxspring is great. No problems with it. It was a bit too tall so we switched it for the 5" and it is much better. Easy to switch !”

“Our boxspring arrived looking like it was in good condition but it is extremely noisy. Any movement at all and the makes creaking sounds. A video has been passed along to the manufacturer but National Mattress cannot guarantee a response from them. I am hoping we can get the boxspring exchanged otherwise we will be out $260 because there is no way we can continue to use this boxspring. It’s so noisy it wakes us up during the night.”
