“The customer service was on point from when we entered the store to check out our options for a base to support our temurpedic mattress as it was sinking on our bedframe. They didn't have the exact model in store we were looking to test in person, however, they showed us comparables with low profiles and a less expensive version to weigh our options rather than pushing to purchase the more expense one. The representative gave us the pros and cons of the branded version and the cheaper version. Delivery was efficient and on time within a 2-hour window and allowed tracking during delivery. Will buy from them again when needed.”
