“The "firm" model has become considerably less firm in under one year to the point where we're considering replacing it. It felt great in the showroom. It felt great for a few months. The experience buying from Nation Mattress was just fine. But this "firm" mattress is a disappointment.”

How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Medium

“Firstly, the exorbitant price of this mattress left me questioning whether it was truly worth the investment. While I understand the importance of quality sleep, the hefty price tag did not align with the level of comfort and satisfaction I expected. In terms of comfort, I was disappointed to find that the mattress didn't quite live up to its promises. Despite being labeled as "firm," I found the surface to be uncomfortably rigid, leading to a lack of support in crucial areas such as the lower back. The memory foam did not conform to my body as expected, leaving me tossing and turning throughout the night in an attempt to find a more comfortable position. Considering the high price point and the underwhelming comfort level, I cannot recommend the TEMPUR-PEDIC Tempur-Align Firm Memory Foam Mattress Queen to potential buyers. It's essential to weigh the cost against the comfort, and in this case, the investment did not translate into the restful and enjoyable sleep experience I had hoped for. Because of that, I'm living in a condo house so it is not easy for me to get it changed, so unfortunately I have to live with that for the next few years. but I have to say that the store staff were very nice and helpful and they proposed a protective product to me and I'm happy with that point.”

How would you rate the firmness of this mattress? Firm

“This is one of the best mattresses I've ever owned. My only issue is that it isn't as firm as expected; I read some reviews and saw a few people said the same thing, so part of me wishes I purchased the extra firm version of this mattress instead. I even tried it in person before purchasing, but it wasn't until actually sleeping on it for a week that I realized just how soft this mattress is.”
