“I have been using True-Osteo for years since a patient I was treating told me about it. I should get another Dexa scan done to see if all these years of taking it have improved my t-score. I’m pretty sure it has. I want to try opening the capsules into my smoothie. Will make it easier to take it more regularly.”

“Giving my body the nutrients it needs, plus the right kind of exercise, and not eating bone destroying foods is helping to restore the bone density I lost. My DEXA scan is finally improving! I feel True Osteo is helping with that because I don't do well with dairy and I don't get enough calcium from my diet so I feel I need to supplement. I also have slow digestion so taking a plant based calcium, I feel, is easier to digest and useful for bone absorption. Thank you for this product!”

“Bone test says I have Ostreoparosis . That is why I take this one. Which was referred to me from a friend. Seems to be fine, and it has that extra ingredient: For stress support too. Thanks”
