“It took me a while to be able to set the camera up correctly and I tried it out for the first time last night and was very pleased with the results - even at night the picture is clear and even tiny animals/birds like a wren at my pond come out crisp and clear; in daylight very clear and good colour rendition - terrific. However, the set up procedure is a tad onerous and sometimes the screen goes off unexpectedly. I have also found that some settings had changed but this might be due to the fact that I'm entirely knew to using this or any other trail camera so I'm hoping these issues will resolve themselves. But I do not get on with the belt and find it very difficult to set it to a tree - although fortunately I have a tripod that I can use instead so it's not a major issue unless I use the acmera away from the garden which is unlikely. Overall seems to be good value for the money.”
“I find the contact and professionalism of nature spy a refreshing change, before buying my new Browning recon force elite,my old Browning had started to have screen issues,they gave me tips on what might cure it,this worked,they didn't try and sell me another just gave advice, I decided to treat myself to a new higher spec camera as they gave me confidence in their advice and honesty,I would like to get a camera with WiFi sometime,as I purchased the Sunbear for my son last Xmas and he's amazed at what comes off the old disused train track at the bottom of his garden.

This was my second purchase and the service you offered was excellent, again.
The advice was spot on, and the buying process was really easy.
I ordered the camera on the Sunday before Bank Holiday Monday, received order and shipping confirmation the same day.
The camera was delivered on Wednesday by Royal Mail, much quicker than expected.
Only used it in the garden, so far, works exactly as promised.
Looking forward to taking it to South Africa in January, to really put it through it's paces.”
