I have now bought two cameras, tripods and solar panels to watch my hedgehogs in the garden. Battery life is very good and picture quality is excellent. I would highly recommend. Customer service is also excellent

Excellent picture quality. Good robust product. Standard holding/attachment very well designed to accept numerous ways of fitting.

Excellent camera, with everything easy rpto set up and use, which I did on the first day of its delivery. Picture quality very good and the fun I've had with my hedghog viewing could not have been improved. I may need a second one for facing up to the squirrels

I was able to set it up without too much difficulty, only having to access a second device to retrieve the necessary code. It then displayed a video stream quite quickly. I have set it up on a post looking at our bird feeders to see how it performs. I was a little confused by the buttons below the video display, thinking they were used to set all functions instead of just a couple. Pressing the 3 lines at the top eventually allowed me to change all options. The live video stream is excellent and allows me to view the birds visiting the feeders and take images or videos of them. I was unaware of how to view videos captured by motion detection until I tried the playback button and aligned the blue stripes to obtain a video stream. It is difficult to return to a specific stream as the times are very small and could be clearer and the size of the picture on my phone is small. It is easy to take stills or videos from this stream and they can then be viewed much larger in a picture-viewing App. I like the ability of night images using IR or colour, especially if subjects are close to the camera. I have been using the camera for about a week and the battery is holding up well so it won't have to be retrieved for recharging yet. I have a non-WiFi trail cam and am very pleased that I bought this NatureSpy. Must just remember to put it into sleep mode when I do any gardening. Roger Boswell

Overall very good however sometimes the motion/record function stops working and we have to reset the camera. The software has been updated but maybe there will be another update to fix the bug!

Set up was fairly straightforward out of the box. Image quality is good, battery life is ok considering I live in the cairngorms at it’s been quite cold, especially at night. Sometimes experience problems retrieving live stream after the camera has been shut down for a while. The unit has also suffered from frame freezing usually resolved by switching off then back on. Overall not a bad little camera!

Thanks for your comments! The frame freezing - this may be because the camera is on the limit of your WiFi range.

Out of the box to setting up in the garden was a breeze! Set up near one of my hedgehog houses it was lovely to watch the comings and goings of the hogs! And the app works great with the option of watching live if you wish. Will definitely be getting another soon, thoroughly recommend!
