I can't see you've been in touch with us, but we'd be happy to help here. You just have to unpair the camera, and then re-pair the camera (the same steps you did when you first paired it) - it should take about 30-60 seconds in total.

“An excellent piece of kit. I bought the solar panel to go with it. Being a technophobe I stumbled over the instructions to pair the camera with my hub/router, not having any luck at all. However, Felix, at NatureSpy tech dept., was very helpful, and talked me through the process and it is now working well. I have had to adjust the camera angle because the night light was not illuminating the hedgehog feeding bowl. The daylight pictures are very good, being crisp and clear.”

“Great ! 4 stars as after 2 days I needed to reset it several times as it said there was a WiFi problem although the WiFi signal was ok ? I used the chat box for advice and that was easy to follow . Seems to be fine now . Easy to operate and use the app . Using it to film my hedgehog visitors . Really pleased with it .”
