“Lovely smell. However after a few months my pump got clogged I ordered the newer version off the website for free (plus delivery charge) and it does seem stronger. I think the bottles should come with a more obvious warning that using filtered water to mix with the soap concentrate would make the pump last longer.”

“The spring in my first pump suffered terminal lethargy soon after I finished the first bottleful. I carried on through two refilled bottles, manually pulling the pump-head back up after each squirt. I then decided to buy a new pump which works perfectly.
I note that the new pump has a filter at the bottom of the intake pipe, which the original did not have. I don't know if that is a game changer for the mobility of the spring?”
“The hand pump on the hand wash bottle keeps staying in the down position and does not retract after about 2 weeks use, I’m now on my second replacement pump, hope it works better than the previous 2, a good product spoilt by the pump.”
