“I would have given 5 stars but for the fact that I've had a couple of pumps that, after a short time, became harder and harder to depress, despite being flushed through to clear any blockages; I don't know what the average lifespan of this sort of pump should be. However, Neat does sell replacement pumps via its website (£1.50 + £1.99 p&p) though so a pump that's not working as it should can at least be replaced.”
“We've had problems with the pumps - they aren't used excessively, just normal day to day as you would expect, however we have experienced problems with a few of these in the past whereby the pump just stops returning to the 'up' position, so you have to manually move the pump part up and down. This replacement seems the same level of quality - no noticeable differences, so we'll see how it fairs.”
