“Nvr2nd C30 and C90 neutral flavor not too sweet mixes are my go to for hard training and race day. Others high carb mixes are just too sweet for me and hard to for me to drink under hard stress. C90 is my all in one race day hydration and nutrition for Marathon XC races.”
