“Pretty neutral flavor which I prefer. I only used it in one event and it seemed to work well but will take a few more to see how it stacks up against some others I've used longer so have a better track record with them. This came recommended so thought I would give it a shot.”

For the packaging, we are continuously trying to improve all aspects of our products for the customers but if it helps you can always try a different scooping method such as dumping it slowly out of the bag with the scooper and applying it to the water bottle.
