“Beautiful fit and finish. The profile was not to my liking, prefer a more pointed parer and the blade geometry/bevel made it more difficult to go through say an apple or potato than the Asian knives I'm used to. Unfortunately, the same reason I had to return the Santoku, the bevel was such I would have had to have it reprofiled to do what I know it could.”
