“I’m taking this item back to the retail location in Denver to try to figure out what’s wrong with the edge. It’s struggling to slice or chop anything. It looks and feels sharp but it’s smashing tomatoes, sliding off lime rinds and failing to chop scallions. Super disappointing.”
