“I rated this item 4 stars mostly because I'm not sure what a 5-star fish spatula even is. This one is very well made and feels like it will last a lifetime. Idealy I'd have liked the handle to be perhaps an inch longer to help keep my hand a bit farther away from the heat of the pan. There are a lot of perfectly adequate fish spatula out there, but if you're a New West Knifeworks fan then you'll like this one.”
