7" Teton Edge Santoku Ironwood Reviews

4.8 Rating 18 Reviews
Beautifully constructed knife! It was far less sharp than I thought it would be straight out of the sheath. After a few weeks of regular use and sharpening on a ceramic hone, it has settled right in.

I would give this a perfect score, but the knives I bought are Christmas gifts and I can't use them. The feel amazing in the hand; sturdy, well balanced and light enough to not cause strain. I'm excited to hear from friends and family how it goes in the long term.

Love it. The balance is really nice, it's sharp out of the box, and the leather scabbard is a nice touch. The design on the blade is very attractive, and the Ironwood is really comfortable and natural in the hand. I'm a home cook, and appreciate good tools that only need to be purchased once. This knife, assuming I don't do something dumb, will be handed down to my grandkids.

I can’t believe I’ve been married for 30 years, have 6 grown children (adults), and have never invested in quality cutlery. I am beyond happy with our first few pieces and the difference a quality knife makes is honestly beyond words. The first onion I sliced through made me cry for a while new reason! It feels perfectly weighted in my hand and goes through whatever I try to cut like butter. I am thrilled with the cooking possibilities ahead of me.

Beautifully made, in USA, of finest materials. Easily outclasses my Japanese knives.
