This knife will never go dull because it’s stropped With 0.25 micro diamond paste every other day because such a fine piece of cutlery deserves that care and will last longer as only a little metal needs to be stripped off to make near razor sharp.
Our’s is with Iron Wood. It’s a thing of beauty. The craftsmanship is on par with a custom made knife. After preparing breakfast I find myself caressing the knife because the handle shape feels so good to hold. One’s relationship with a knife is via the handle shape. This one has been designed by people who use their knives extensively and have continuously asked themselves how can we make it better? It’s an EVOLVED design one of only 2 knives I am unable to improve upon in 67 years of knife collecting.
And the rounding of blade spine and finger choil area can’t be improved on either.
