“This is the sharpest knife I have ever used. The 3 blade sections can cut a soft tomato razor thin, remove tough stems from corn cobs, and cut anything else I cook with. I have at least 10 NWKW blades in my kitchen, but this is my favorite. I have already gifted two as well.
