“I bought a superbread knife to slice bagels. It does a great job with bagels. We have a French bakery near us that makes farmers loaves (huge loaf of dark bread with a thick crust). The super bread also does a great job on the farmers bread and should be good-to-go on San Francisco sourdough. Actually, the superbread’s quality of materials and workmanship are superior, so I’m pretty sure it’ll do a great job on just about anything I try to cut with it. Try it, you’ll like it!”
