“The knife is beautiful and very sharp, feels good in my hand when using it and I love the notch for my finger. The only downfall I am expeiencing is that the knife is already starting to stain after only two uses. I hand washed it and hand dried it but it is staining quickly. I will try and scrub it to see if I can get the shine back.”

Even when trimming a brisket, where you are not cutting against a surface. Shows how sharp it is, and how well balanced/easy to control.
