Carved a flat iron steak perfectly, no ragged tattered slices, just smooth effortless cutting. The same with all the vegetables, onions, peppers, tomatoes and apples. A real kitchen investment. The handle shape is very comfortable for me even using a pinch grip. Love the handle colors as well.”
