“Keep your car clean. I use a typical water filter in the hose line to filter out minerals and chlorine from our municipal water supply when I prepare the bucket of wash water and during washing and rinsing. I Use clay bar often. I use the soapy wash water provide the clay bar lubrication necessary. Filtered water prevents water spots. Works like a dream. Dry car with a NewZealand chamois, apply Nexgen. Done. Less than an hour easily start to finish. My 9 year old Silver GLK diesel Mercedes, 70k miles, garaged but daily driver, looks brand new. Had an offer for $5k above KBB from a guy in the parking lot at Dick's Sporting Goods a month ago. Passed it up. Took my 2021 GLE in for year one service, service writers came out and asked how the finish looks better than it did in the show room from where it came a year earlier.
