“We purchased a 2021 Rav4 Prime last year. I had a ceramic coating applied. I returned a year later to have a maintenance wash done. The tech asked me what I was doing as far as care. I told him I was washing with Nexgen soap and applying the Nexgen ceramic spray as needed. He said "keep doing what your doing!" There was no need for decontamination spray or needing to claybar the finish.”
