It had one repair under warranty, and one recent repair out of warranty. The customer service is phenomenal! Quick, kind, informative. And the repair I had to pay for was very reasonably priced. I know there are cheaper BBT thermometers out there, but they don't come with the same support as Daysy!”

“I have used Daysy for 11 years and I highly recommend it for accuracy and ease of use. Prior to using Daysy, I had a surprise pregnancy and I also had negative side effects from various hormonal birth controls/the copper IUD. It has been such a relief to let my body just be itself for over a decade. In the beginning I was diligent about taking my tempt right when I woke up before I even sat up or took the covers off and that data has built a highly accurate prediction calendar because this device gets smarter with more data. Now I only take my temp about half of the time but it can still gauge fertility because ir knows me pretty well. In 11 years of only using Daysy for birth control I have never gotten pregnant or even had a pregnancy scare. Also, about 2 months ago my Daysy stopped working because it was old and the company was able to easily transfer all my data to a new device so I didn’t have to start over. The Daysy only has one button because it only does one thing- so, it doesn’t have a way to track other data like sexual partners or health concerns- but it is really good at what it does do. It knows when you’re fertile and when you are not.”
