“Excellent repair service and the result exceeded my expectations. My Daysy was returned looking like new, and they even repaired the casing and replaced the protective cap in addition to replacing the sensor, which I really appreciated.
The repair and delivery were very fast once everything was arranged. The only thing that could be improved is the communication from the support team, as there were some delays in email responses that added about a week to the process. I understand this was due to illness and vacation time, but an automatic reply or quicker response would have made the experience smoother.”
