“Purchased this from Nitro-Pak in November 2010. This is a reference manual for military trauma surgeons who have the back-up and support of a major medical center. An EMT or a doctor may find this useful, but the non-medical layperson would be better served by a basic first aid manual, or the handbook 'Where There Is No Doctor'.”
