“We found Lightly to be comfortable for a stackable chair made from sustainable materials, and I appreciated how the seat back allowed for a little motion. However, the first chair that I unpacked suffered from flash -- an 8-inch seam of rough, leftover material from the molding process -- across the top of the seat back, a highly visible touchpoint that really can't be ignored. The rough finish made me question the quality of the materials, the manufacturing process, and quality control. At this price point, I expected a clean finish and therefore returned the chairs.”

We regret your chairs made it through production without a proper quality check of this cosmetic issue. Thanks to you, we have completed a QC of all our Lightly chairs to make sure they have all been properly finished.
