I had a lot of back pain with my old mattress. Once I got a Nolan it disappeared almost overnight! The mattress is super comfortable and I get great sleep every night on it.

experience was great, our challenge is with the softer edges - my husband feels like he's falling out of bed, so he's moved to the middle or almost on top of me...which puts me super close to my edge and makes me wake up all the time...the mattress softness is great - it just needs to be bigger - I didn't know we'd have such a hard time with that. If I push him back to his side - he wakes up - he's ready to move the old mattress back in on the floor...

So amazing! The mattress is so comfy! I also love knowing where the materials were sourced and the fact that its helping the ecosystem by supporting animals. Buying was a breeze and it was great that it didnt need 24 hours to rise before being used. We unpacked it, threw some sheets on and enjoyed it immediately!

Needed to replace our old queen-sized mattress when it was destroyed by a water disaster in our home. The shopping experience was a solid online process, without any issues. Delivered on time; the delivery person suggested that we move the mattress to the location of the bed before taking it out of the box, but actually the mattress was sufficiently light that my husband and I could easily move it. I was especially pleased that it inflated immediately, and had only the very slightest amount of "chemical" smell which resolved quickly and was completely gone once the mattress cover and sheets were put on. Both my husband and I had been experiencing pain in one hip on our old mattress, but once we started to sleep on our new Nolah mattress, we didn't have any further hip pain when sleeping on our side. My only complaint is that my husband, who is about 75 lb heavier than me (about 250 lb), depresses the mattress so much that I end up "rolling downhill" into him. We sleep cuddled up, so that is usually not an issue, but sometimes when it is hot and we want to sleep separate from each other it can be more difficult for me to remain separate from him. This might not have been as much of an issue on a King size. Overall we are pleased with our purchase, especially when considering the very reasonable cost.

Amazingly comfortable, came earlier than I expected, and now I almost sleep too well!! And I have alot of trouble sweating when I fall asleep but this mattress really does sleep cool. I've barely had any sweating since going from an inner spring to the nolah. I love it!!

For reference, I am male, 31, 6'0 192. I am a side and stomach sleeper. True story: I had been searching for a bed for a while now after I joined Crossfit a year ago and began having shoulder pain. When I searched for beds that are meant for side sleepers, this was the first bed that I came across. I did not end up getting this one in the beginning because I was turned off by the video reviews on sleepopolis. The guy in the video claimed that the bed sinks and not recommended for stomach sleepers, so I went with the Bear mattress, which supposedly is sponsored by a bunch of Crossfit athletes, and great for recovery. Boy, were they wrong! That bed was too hard for my liking. After 30 days and continuing shoulder pain, I returned it. I do admit that the bed a cool (temperature) feel, which is the only plus I could think of. I decided to give this one a try after a lot of indecision. I did not want to hold a bed I didn't like for another 30 days when I could just go to the store, try it out, and at least I know its what I wanted. The bed turned out great, to my surprise. For 10 inches, it feels very comfy. As a side sleeper, I do not feel shoulder pain anymore. I do not feel like I am "sinking in"--that was totally exaggerated. I do feel like I am sleeping on pillows and the bed is giving me a slight hug, which is nice and comfy. I got rid of my old bed about a week ago and I am quite satisfied with my purchase. Con: In the beginning, I did notice a bit of night sweat. LA is very hot right now (we are in 90*), so I know that is not helping but I am a very warm sleeper already so it was an adjustment. I have a fan in my room and the night sweats are gone, so maybe my body adjusted to it. By winter, I know this bed is going to be amazing. This is why I gave it 4/5.

Shopping was easy, quick arrival, easy set up for my first night's sleep. I found my Nolah quite different from sleeping on a mattress with springs. I'm still adjusting to this experience & hope my bedding selection will help decrease my morning sweats.

Like most people, I spent a lot of time researching different mattresses online and in store when I finally settled for Nolah. Im a side sleeper and I love a soft, squishy mattress and thats exactly what this is. I thought I was sleeping well before (my ex took our mattress thus requiring the replacement) but I wake up feeling much more rested now. Even just relaxing and watching TV is more comfortable in this bed.
