“Customer Service: I appreciate No Pong's dedication in making sure that they look into the customers' questions and concerns with product use. I sent them an email before as I noticed my armpit darkening after using the original, and they were timely with their response and sent me a different product (bicarb-freee) at no cost. I appreciate a store with good customer service that gives time to listen and not invalidate a customer. Product: I am a first user of No Pong, I have the original and the bicarb-free. I tried No Pong because I want to go all natural. The first few days of using the original, I had no armpit odor for sure. but as days went by, I noticed discoloration/darkening and so I emailed them right away and was told that I'm one of the couple that had the same issue. It might just be my skin not compatible with the original, so they sent me the bicarb-free and my armpit was back to its original color. However, I noticed that on the days I don't apply the deo because I'm just at home -- my armpit odor was getting too strong compared to before I started using no pong. I do understand that No Pong is not an anti-perspirant, so I understand the sweating. But I was sweating more than I usually sweat. Currently, I am taking a break from it for now and will try to re-introduce later on.”

We are sorry to hear you had a darkening response to the Original variant and are finding a change in your body since using the Bicarb-Free variant. If you've been using anti-perspirants for some time you may find that initially you sweat more, but you should have no body odour. We have also had a lot of people find that after using No Pong for a longer period of time that they actually sweat much less than before, as their pores can breathe freely and their bodies are not constantly trying to produce as much sweat. There can sometimes be a transition time for our bodies to adjust and self-regulate. We will get in touch with you again to learn more about your experience and provide further assistance.
