“Last year I purchased a box of blue steel blades and am only getting around to using them now. All eight that I have used so far have broken at the weld after about an hour of use. I have interchanged with older blades I have on hand and no issue whatsoever other than dulling (as expected) So I am convinced the problem lies with the quality of the weld and not something I am doing. One or two I can live with but not all eight. There does not appear to be an issue with the recent box I bought as the blade I have on now appears to be fine (already sharpened it once)
Been a faithful customer of yours for the past 10 years or so and have never encountered this before. Disappointed for sure. Wondering if anyone else had the same problem.

“Blades basically chewed through packaging in transport. Blades where tied with wire ties and spring out when released. Wasn't expecting that and received nasty cuts to my fingers. I prefer coiled packaging with cardboard between each blade”
