“So worth the money! I'm currently cutting 120 yr old doug fir and western larch that was an old barn so it's very dirty and all the cracks are full of dirt and various sized rocks. We clean it all out as best we can but there is still debris in there. I cooked a blue max blade in 3 cuts but the apex blade is up to 35 cuts and still going through the wood quite well! It does show signs of dulling but it is cutting flat and quick. I'm curious how many more I can do!! I'm going to order more to be sure i can keep going!”
“Cute great when it’s new. I’m always dialed in on blade tension, and cutting speed and this blade still started loosing the carbide tips after light cutting on green white oak. Better life than saw blades.com carbide blades for sure, but don’t feel like I got my $170 out of a solo blade before it started to cut waves. I got maybe five 12-20” diameter 6 foot logs out of it.”
