“I take one Marine Magnesium before bed every night - it helps me easily drift off into a deep sleep, and let's me stay in a deep sleep all night. I have been using for 2 months and my skin is softer to the touch, mt acne has reduced, I recover from exercise fast than ever and feel really energetic and healthy. I love this product! I also love that it is all natural and I can take a safe dose of magnesium without needing to ingest any bulky fillers or chemicals!”

“To be honest, I feel completely mislead and no longer trust the products. This marine magnesium is nothing more than Magnesium hydroxide, which is used for acid reflux and as a laxative. The benefits described are not entirely honest, as they refer to "Magnesium" benefits, which do not reflect this product. My poor daughter (a cancer survivor) has suffered a constant upset tummy for weeks, even arranging gastroenterology appointments, colonoscopy and other tests and we have just realised it was probably these as they're laxatives being marketed as something entirely different. I'm really disappointed. And angry.”
