“I took part in the 3-month trial of this product. I'd been taking the normal Omega 3 product daily for several years prior to the trial. I noticed no difference in my health during the trial, and am convinced that only a detailed blood test would reveal whether or not any difference had been made. Nothing Fishy have not shared any peer-reviewed results that demonstrate any advantages of this product, so I am reluctant to recommend it over and above regular Omega 3 supplements.”

We completely understand that it may be difficult to notice a clear difference, especially after taking our original Omega 3 consistently for several years. Our original DHA formula remains a great option and is not a less effective product. Omega 3 Complete was introduced to give customers the option of having EPA alongside DHA. “This does all it says. Very impressed. I wanted something to help with heart health and I've found it.Easy to take, no aftertaste and a no fuss approach to taking this essential vitamin. If you've not tried their range as a peri menopausal woman, get on to it. I've been taking their entire range of 4 things including marine magnesium for almost 18 months Great customer service, easy to order and they actually care. Simple healthcare without the nasties. Take a punt, you'll be glad you did.”

“I have been taking Omega 3 for a while and transitioned to Omega 3 Complete. I didn’t notice an immediate difference until I stopped taking them as I had ran out. My joints started aching again, especially in the morning and I was reminded of the pain this caused me and the realisation that it had disappeared with taking Omega3 Complete. I also noticed that my nails had regained their strength, as they were starting to crack and break unusually easy until I started on Complete. It was My hairdresser that noticed my hair strength as they asked if I had started taking any new supplements. All in all pleased with this product after trying for several years to find the right combination of supplements to support me.”

“I found this to be beneficial with the joint stiffness and brain fog I experience as a result of perimenopause. I have bloods taken regularly due to an underlying health condition and note my cholesterol levels to have fallen with no other changes to my diet etc so can only presume this supplement has helped with that also.”
