“I’ve been using this brand of Irish Sea Moss for several months and unfortunately I’ve not seen or felt any improvement as yet, not in my dry skin, thinning hair, painful joints and no better quality or length of sleep (still only get maximum of 4 hours a night)! I’ve since started other supplements to increase the probability, as I just want results!!! Nothing harmful (I.E. no side effects - no itching, rashes or spots) but hasn’t met my expectations - how long do you need to take this before seeing or feeling an improvement?”

“Love the green aspect to the company but more impressed that the products have made such a difference to me. The sea moss especially, they have definitely made a change to gut health, I didn't realise how much of a problem I had before. I will not be without those now. I have recommended them to loads of people, I know a few are now taking them as well.”
