“We like the windows that were put in and can tell a difference when standing by the window in the amount of air coming in around them. Much nicer and warmer during the winter. The night time latch doesn't work well either. We work hard at getting it to pop up and most of the time it doesn't come up. The large kitchen window had some minor scratches but we didn't require them to replace. The screens are not to our liking. They don't fit neatly and the latch does not close well at all.”

“There are only a few manufacturing defect on the exterior surface of the vinyl. The install company we’re glad to come back and sand them down. The defects were in the corner it look like it may have been from A dull cutting blade. Wilson’s promptly came out and took care of it. Now I’m happy.
