“This product had very good reviews so I decided to try it rather than continue with another brand I had been using for 6 months. I have only been taking this product for a couple of weeks, therefore, I cannot say whether I have felt the benefit or not as yet. However, I would recommend this product based on the reviews I read from other customers.”

“I’ve been taking this supplement for only 6weeks . My nails & hair have grown much quicker, however, I’m taking it for my bones, I’ll get a bone density read done in 5months, I’m sure I’ll get a positive read. I’ll keep you posted.”

Would you recommend this product to family or friends? yes

“A calcium supplement 250mg capsules that are easy to swallow. 4 capsules recommended but can tailor your dose depending on your calcium intake from food sources. As a negative the capsule contents occasionally lose some of their contents This product is not cheap but the capsules are infinitely better than some of the "horse pills" I have had from cheaper alternatives.”
