“not a lotion! water based make up remover. I was under the impression this was a make up remover lotion as in cream based. This is not the case, This is more of a water based make up remover. Will keep as I'm out of make up lotion and I don't want to deal with the fuss of a return but buyers beware the term lotion is misleading. Other than the confusion over the term lotion fantastic service from NVS! quick delivery and free samples.”
